How Our Charity Race Nights Work
Your guests place fun bets on 8 pre-recorded horse races using our computerised tote system. Each race has 8 horses, and bets are taken in multiples of £1. The winning horse is chosen at random and shown on our projector with full commentary and atmosphere.
Our experienced Race Night Host will run the evening for you, including managing the tote and keeping your guests entertained.

Each race is shown in high definition on our projector and screen, with live commentary through our professional sound system. We also play background music while the tote is open to keep the atmosphere lively and engaging.
Fully Hosted Race Night
Our experienced Race Night Host will professionally manage and organise your entire race night event, ensuring a seamless and entertaining evening for you and your guests.
Computerised Tote and Operator
Our computerised tote system is fully operated by our professional staff, so you don’t need to provide volunteers to run the betting. All bets are accurately recorded and computerised, and you receive a detailed printout of every bet placed along with the total funds raised at the end of the race night.
£10 Million PLI and fully Law Compliant
We provide £10 Million Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind, and all our charity race nights are fully compliant with the Gambling Act 2005 regulations.
