A Charity Race Night is one of the most fun, engaging, and profitable ways to raise money for your good cause. Whether you’re supporting a school, club, community group, or charity, our professionally hosted race nights are designed to maximise your fundraising while delivering a brilliant night of entertainment.

How Our Charity Race Nights Work

Your guests place fun bets on 8 pre-recorded horse races using our computerised tote system. Each race has 8 horses, and bets are taken in multiples of £1. The winning horse is chosen at random and shown on our projector with full commentary and atmosphere.

Our experienced Race Night Host will run the evening for you, including managing the tote and keeping your guests entertained.

How much can I raise?

How You Can Raise Over £1,000 with Just 50 People

Here’s a realistic breakdown of how much money you could raise on the night with just 50 guests:

🐎 Ticket Entry

£5 a ticket per person

→ £250 raised

🏁 Race Sponsorships

8 races sponsored at £50 each
→ £400 raised

🐎 Horse Ownership

8 horses per race × 7 races = 56 horses
Sell each ownership for £5
£280 income – £20 prize per race
→ £140 raised

🐎 Owners Auction (Race 8)

8 horses auctioned
Average ownership sells for £50
£400 income – £200 prize to winning owner
→ £200 raised

🎟 Raffle

£1 a strip
Assuming an average of 5 strips per person
Prizes donated free of charge
→ £250 raised

💷 Tote Betting

50 people betting an average of £3 per race
% for fundraising = £540 raised

Total Raised: £1,780

Fully Hosted Race Night

Our experienced Race Night Host will professionally manage and organise your entire race night event, ensuring a seamless and entertaining evening for you and your guests.

Computerised Tote and Operator

Our computerised tote system is fully operated by our professional staff, so you don’t need to provide volunteers to run the betting. All bets are accurately recorded and computerised, and you receive a detailed printout of every bet placed along with the total funds raised at the end of the race night.

£10 Million PLI and fully Law Compliant

We provide £10 Million Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind, and all our charity race nights are fully compliant with the Gambling Act 2005 regulations.
